Chrome Gate doesn’t open for just anyone. These scenes hold the tension of a threshold — the moment where two sides meet and neither is willing to step back.

The Chrome Gate district sits at the intersection of three fractured city-states, a neutral zone that’s only neutral because nobody can afford to claim it. Standoffs here are common and ritualized — weapons stay sheathed until someone breaks eye contact. The architecture reflects the stalemate: mirrored surfaces, one-way glass, corridors designed to show you exactly who’s watching and give you no way to look away.
