The Cutting Room Floor
Scenes that didn’t make the final cut but still carry weight — work-in-progress pieces, early drafts, and fragments that almost became something else.
Every universe has its leftovers. These scenes were started, developed, and set aside — not because they were bad, but because they belonged to a version of Legarune that didn’t survive the editing process. Some of them show locations that were renamed or re-imagined. Others show moments that were absorbed into larger compositions. They’re useful precisely because they’re unfinished: they reveal the decision-making process, the false starts, the paths not taken. The cutting room floor is where you go to understand what Legarune chose not to be.
